    Within the framework of the project “EU4Youth:” School Garden” for agricultural entrepreneurship”, guidelines and manuals were developed for conducting training programs on the topics “Organic farming”, “Storage and processing of organic products”, “Business and Economics”, “Entrepreneurship and Leadership”, “Marketing and Promotion”, “Agrotourism”, “Craft”, “Information Technologies for Agriculture”. The programs can be conducted as elective courses for school students, career guidance courses, weekend courses, and can also be used for self-study. Here you can download all the guides and manuals, as well as recommendations from the authors of the developers. It is addressed to teachers, club leaders, high school students, and anyone interested in these topics.

    The guide “School Garden: Basics of Tourist Guiding in Pictures”

    The guide is part of the programme “Agritourism”. It is designed for preparing and conducting elective courses for pupils a well as career guidance. It is suggested for teachers, heads of interest groups, high school pupils and all interested in the subject.

    The guide is prepared in four languages: English, Russian, Romanian and Ukranian.

    Methodological recommendations for the implementation of the training programme for young people “Entrepreneurship and Leadership. Psychological aspects of entrepreneurial activity”

    Author-compiler – Dina Ponyatovskaya-Zamyshlyaeva, a psychologist, an expert-consultant on working with adolescents and their families – members of the family club network established in Chernobyl zone in order to improve the socio-economic situation.

    These Guidelines are developed for school teachers, trainers of industrial incubators of the “School Garden” network, senior pupils, rural youth and everyone interested in this topic.

    The Guidelines consist of modules divided into sections. A section contains the main topics necessary for mastering the module as a whole. Each topic includes theoretical data, methodical recommendations for conducting training on this topic, appendices and a list of additional informational sources.

    Guide to the training program “Storing and processing of organic products”

    Organic products are unique in their qualities, so it is desirable to preserve all their useful properties with minimal losses.

    The manual describes different ways of storing and processing organic products: borting, drying, freezing; it contains recipes and practical tasks for organising these processes.

    The manual is intended for school teachers, trainers of production incubators “School Garden”, rural youth and all those interested in this subject for the organisation of classes, elective courses, educational and career guidance activities, development of models of rural businesses and opportunities for self-employment.

    Guide to the training program “Organic agriculture”

    The training program contains practical and methodological recommendations for teaching the basic principles, agricultural practices and technologies of organic farming.

    The training sessions are aimed to develop the skills of agricultural labor in teenagers and introduce to the basics of rural entrepreneurship. It is addressed to teachers, trainers of educational and production incubators created on the basis of schools, rural youth and all those interested in this topic.

    The author and compiler of the program is Vladimir Pustoshilo, a specialist in educational programs, a teacher of the 1st qualification category, a consultant on sustainable development, the author of six training programs on organic farming for schoolchildren.
